Big thanks to Mizuno USA, TacoTime, and Mizuno CDA

Hey all,

Just figured this deserves to be posted, seeing I had a great experience with Mizuno USA/TacoTime/Mizuno CDA.

I have a brand new GMP300 which was without the H-web, and I'd scoured everywhere trying to find a true unused replacement for it, seeing how beautiful a glove it is.




After trying all of the glove forums, and third party sources, I eventually reached out to Mizuno CDA and TacoTime on here (Adam Vella). They looked into the issue, and as unfortunate as it was that they weren't able to source me the new web, they pointed me in the direction of Mizuno USA, where I was put into contact with Michael from their Customer Support Team. Michael saw my request, and without hesitation or any further inquiry found me a brand new replacement. I was more than willing to pay a premium for the web, along with the shipping, but to my surprise they sent it to me free of charge, and it was received in under a week.

An awesome experience worth sharing, and I wanted the members here to know that you're in good hands with Mizuno!

Man, Mizuno has impressed me first hand and now hearing all these other "above and beyond" stories, it really makes me see Mizuno differently than most of the other companies. Adam treated me so well, like many others.

We appreciate the kind words, I don't really look at is as going above and beyond. Just trying to treat others how you would want to be treated.

Thanks for giving us all a forum to post our content , opinions and fake news. This place has really helped me promote our products and players.
