Now I understand the monkey spanker handle ... LOL J/K

Now back on topic ... I've really found that as I've gotten older (and a few pounds heavier) that stretching before and during a game has become an important part of the game for me. I also think that the lack of stretching when I was younger is what lead to an early demise of my throwing arm ...

Just my $.02 ...

Aaaahhh, if only we knew then what we know now.......or believed back then what all the ol' fogies were trying to tell us, which is what we've become now and are trying to tell them young punks!!

(you know what I mean!) :D

What the hell are you talking about man??

Since when do we strech... unless you count the pregame outfield volleyball stretching.lol

Becoming more and more important to stretch.

It took multiple strained hammies and sore arms to figure it out though.

I do before every game... not on the second of a double header... might be obvious there.... I even do if I have 1hr break in between... and that goes for when I play football aswell...

Of course I stretch can have anything screwing up the ball season. I already have a football injury that hurts when i swing but hopefully it will go away.

Gotta agree with Flash! Without stretching it makes a set of stairs mighty impossible the next day!lol

I just wish I could figure out what my physiotherapist meant by using my hips more when I throw, so I put less stress on my shoulder muscles. I tried today but kept screwing up the whole works.

If you plan on going the whole season injury free, you'd better stretch.
